How to Build a Glasshouse - Other Designs

Here is a glasshouse with a difference. The framework is made of timber built on top of a dwarf brick wall. The ends of the ridge and rafters are extended to add interest.

Roof is covered with glass fixed in standard glazing bars, the bars are fixed above each rafter. Wall sections around bottom of house are covered with glass fitted into horizontal glazing bars. End wails of the glasshouse are covered with timber weatherboards and will suit weatherboard houses .
